Conventions used across the API
Base URL
REST paths sit under https://<api-host>/api, plus any prefix your deployment adds. Webhooks and Socket.IO sit outside /api.
Authentication
Apps identify themselves with an x-api-key. Signed-in users send Authorization: Bearer <accessToken>.
Errors
Errors share one envelope: { statusCode, timestamp, path, error }. Branch on the status, then on error.code when present.
